Lovely house in smart Pontcanna area of Cardiff

I have a lovely, contemporary house in the smart Pontcanna area of Cardiff with its many cafes, restaurants and arts centres. The house is within 20 minutes walking distance of the city centre, BBC, theatres and University all of which are accessed via the beautiful Bute Park and Cardiff Castle grounds. The house is clean, friendly and has all the usual facilities including broadband, tv and washing machine, etc. It also has a very nice back garden and is home to a very affectionate cat and small, fluffy black and white dog.
