Spacious room suiting quiet, well organised person

I want to meet the person I'll be sharing with so, sorry, no video tours. Please provide information about yourself because I will want this before any viewing. My preference is for a male sharer, being a male. This is a good sized, comfortable double room with plenty of storage, work area and wi-fi. Excellent proximity to main routes through Cardiff and bus routes. Suit quiet person who likes a quiet house. The house is a quiet one. Well maintained accomodation with shared use of a lounge area, large kitchen equipped with double oven, 8 burner range cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, ample cupboard space, toilet and modern shower room. You will have shared use of a garden, shed and parking. Price quoted is for your own single occupancy. I have said that some bills are covered, but a contribution will be sought if usage is above the average for gas and electricity.. if it's not then no charge will be made. I will explain clearly to you and the payment, if any, will be easy to calculate. Photos of the bedroom will be uploaded when I can access them but it is a lean and spacious room.
