Friendly and laid-back house, clean and pretty tidy and in good order - I live there full-time and have a lodger who is there Monday to Friday. We work long hours in the Bay but when we are around are friendly, sociable and considerate and seek similar.
Would love to meet someone with similar interests (music, theatre, etc.) and have the odd sociable evening. There is no TV or TV license.
There is a large kitchen, lounge, cute conservatory area, decking in the back yard - v close to the convenience of Clifton St (but only 7minutes to Milgi by bike and 15mins to Cowbridge Road).
Bills are £45pcm taking the total to £295.
