Room in lovely Pontcanna house

We have a small box room to rent on a short or medium term basis. Would suit someone new to the area while they find somewhere bigger or someone very self-contained who’s probably out a lot. Or someone who likes small spaces!

We are a family with two children and a beautiful lurcher dog. We have one lodger in a different room already but he’s currently away for the foreseeable.

The room is newly replastered and decorated with a new double-glazed window and radiator. There’s a big built in cupboard and a queen size bed (small double). The wifi is included in the rent as are all bills.

The room is small but the house is great and we're friendly folks. It's large with a huge kitchen/diner space with all mod cons and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a park next door, lovely shops, cafes and restaurants opposite and town is just a 15 minute walk or very short bus ride.

The house is non-smoking.
