I have 1 large double bedroom available to rent and a small double in a 3 bedroom house currently occupied with myself, a student from the RWCMD

Rent is £240-245 (including water!!!)

The house was updated last year and includes underfloor heating in the bathroom.

The property includes-

-Kitchen with modern appliances
-large communal lounge.
-bedroom.(bedding can be provided for foreign students)
-shared bathroom with under floor heating!
-small back yard
-double glazed
-good neighbours
- 1 little (clean) outdoor cat.

The house is situated on North Clive Street CF11 6TG and unlike Cathays, it is quiet at night and two minutes (or less) away from local shops, bus stops and the doctors. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Cardiff central.

I'm looking to share with tidy, friendly and considerate students. Anybody who will look after the house is welcome to apply but post-grads are particularly encouraged.
