2 Rooms for rent in 7 bed all-boys house

We have two spare rooms available in a big, well furnished 7-bedroom house in Cathays (about a 10 minute walk from Lidl and 25 mins from City Centre). The house is on the end of the terrace with a rear garden, shared living room, two bathrooms and a large garage with a pool table.

One room is an attic conversion and the other is located at the rear end of the house on the first floor. Both rooms are spacious and furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and extra storage space.

The other flatmates are all male students between 20 and 24. They are all pretty chilled out and a lot of fun! Ideally looking for two others who are relaxed, sociable and want to have a good time.

Rent is £280 a month and bills are approximately £70 per quarter (including TV licence for the BIG flat screen TV, water, gas, electric and broadband).

The rooms are available any time after 10/06/12 for the rest of the academic year. Contact me if interested!!
