My name is Matt, I’m 26 years old I've owned the house for about 2 years. House is near the city center. I have lived in the house with a couple housemates over the years but I'm now moving out. I'm moving into a place with my girlfriend. So I'm looking to rent my old room. The room is a double bedroom and has a private lounge and gives you the chance to share a property with some great housemates whilst having your own space as well, ideal if new to the city or if you just want to make some new friends!

Looking for young professional or mature student between 20 and 35 years old. I believe in the selection of housemates to be a house decision, so I would like the person who takes the room to participate in viewings and the selection of any subsequent housemates. That way we will end up with a balanced house where everyone tends to get on with one another. The house currently has Liam (29), Leanne (25) and Sarah (26). Ideally looking to have a guy to move in so the house is a mixed house.

The house is on Ferndale Street which is a quite cul-de-sac that has plenty of on street parking. It is a 10 minute walk to the town center and a 15 minute walk to the Bay. Close to supermarkets and has a Tesco Express at the end of the street.

The rent for the free bedroom is £330 pcm

The bills are split between housemates 4 ways they include council tax, water, electric, gas, internet.

The minimum duration of the lease is 3 months
