Ok, we have two furnished double rooms, for rent as part of a joint contract. The rooms are available from May. The house is located close to Albany Road for all your shopping and take-out needs (there's a banging Chinese place just around the corner), and is only a twelve minute walk from city centre as well as the Cathays station. Apart from the obvious features –bathroom, living room and a rather spacious kitchen –the house also boasts a terraced garden area. It's clichéd but it really is good for BBQs or just sitting in the sun.

We are a friendly bunch of young professionals and like to spend time together chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool. This house has always had a good mixture of guys and girls as well.
