We have a beautiful detached studio flat available to let to a female tenant. It is a large studio with a single bed, double sofa bed, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, desk, chair and bedside table. It has a luxury bathroom and its own heating system. It shares a kitchen with the main house (including washing machine). The tenant can use the garden and patio as well.

We are academics, easy-going, and happy to have either a student or a professional to rent the flat. Lots of allergies, so no pets and no smoking I'm afraid. We're a couple of minutes from the train and bus, close to Heath hospital. Rent is £350 a month plus £75 for bills - this includes all bills (broadband, water, council tax, tv license, electricity, gas). There is off-road parking available as well, should you need it. Happy to discuss Monday- Friday lets as well.
