Double room in newly refurbished house.

Hi. I have a large 3/4 bed house in Llandaff North (3 large double rooms and one small bedroom we use as an office). I currently live there myself part time with 2 female housemates, though I am moving this month for work so will have one double room available from mid August. The current housemates are both young professionals (a 29 year old public health worker and a 25 year old junior doctor). We're looking for a new housemate for the room for up until Spring 2018. Professionals and sociable types that are clean and tidy preferred.

The house has been completely refurbished over the past 3 years, and finished to a high standard. Inside it has 3 double bedrooms, an office, a living room, a kitchen and separate dining room. Outside it has a newly upgraded back garden ideal for BBQs, and a massive front garden. It also has a double garage and off road parking.
