Roomy single bedroom close to Heath hospital

A roomy single bedroom is available to rent in a lovely 3 bedroom house about 10 - 15 minutes walk away from the Heath hospital and about 20 - 25 minutes walk away from the main university, with plenty of shops near by and close links to the town centre.

Although only able to fit a single bed due to the layout of the room, it is a nice sized room, which needs to be viewed to be appreciated. It is fully furnished with new furniture.

A fully-equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared, and there is also a small room for drying washing. There is a small decked back garden. Non-permit car parking is available away from the house.

Rent includes bills but if professionals are interested then council tax payments will be extra.

I will consider lets of a minimum of 9 months but am ideally hoping for someone who wants to rent for at least one academic year.

I am looking for someone, ideally a student, to live with two friendly female students studying at the hospital. Due to the intense courses we are studying we do not have the typical student "party" lifestyles - we enjoy a good night out and a few drinks on the weekend but are just as happy spending in a night in with a film or cooking, and are looking for someone who will get involved and socialise with us.
