We are a young, friendly professional couple looking to rent out a double room in a 2 bed maisonette on the border of Canton and Pontcanna. Inclusive of all bills including broadband/wifi.. On street permit parking. Small garden with space to store bike. Quiet street, extremely close to Chapter arts centre and Pontcanna fields. Within walking distance of the city centre and Cardiff Central Train Station. We are very respectful of peoples privacy whilst also friendly and sociable.
