NOTE the cost of bills payable with the rent is:

b. may change in future if bill prices change;
c. Gas & Elec costs are governed by OFGEM and the next price change will occur on 1st April – it is currently estimated to be a reduction of 14% so even though Council Tax, Water and broadband costs usually rise slightly from 1st April due to annual price increases I don’t expect any significant increase in net bills cost and possibly a small overall reduction.
