Double room, excellent location, nice housemates

Double room on Miskin street, Cathays.

Everyone in the house is a second year student (so do have work to do and dont make lots of noise)- 2 boys one girl. Clean and tidy, relaxed and friendly.

The house has; kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer-drier, sitting room, toilet, bathroom, and a large garden. The sitting room is really cosy with a massive TV.

The house is warm.
The internet is very fast.
If anything is wrong the number of the landlord is in the house and he will come round immediately and ensure the house is kept at a good standard.

The room is £235 per month and the total bills are £46 per month. There is a deposit of £255 which you get back at the end of the year.

Im afraid I cant show you round at the moment but please call the letting agency. They are very friendly and helpful and can show you around most times of the day.
