Single room available in nice 3 bed house

We have recently moved into the property and have found its layout means 3 people could happily live here without it being crowded. We are sociable people so it would be nice to have another friend in the house!

There is plenty of parking around the property and it is close to the main road and bus stops.

We have a small house rabbit who lives on the ground floor in the outhouse.

We are two females who are studying and working so we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

I am just finishing a PGCE then looking to do a Masters next year whilst also working as an ICT trainer. The other tennant works in car insurance and is studying access to nursing.

We are Cardiff girls, born and bred, so will be happy to show you around if you are new to the area.
