I have a lovely, contemporary three bedroom house in the smart Pontcanna area of Cardiff with its many cafes, restaurants and arts centres. The house is within 20 minutes walking distance of the city centre, BBC, theatres and University which are all accessed via the beautiful Bute Park and Cardiff Castle grounds. The house is clean, smart and has all the usual facilities including broadband and washing machine. It also has a very nice garden and is home to a very friendly cat and small, fluffy black and white dog. I work at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and have worked in the arts in Wales and England. The house would ideally suit a professional woman or post-graduate student looking for a double room and a comfortable, friendly place to live.
