It is located right in the City Centre between the Millennium stadium and the Castle. It has good facilities such as 24 hour security, an onsite caretaker and twice daily rubbish collection. The flat is close to uni (15 mins walk), the train stations (5 mins walk) and all the usual city centre amenities.

I’m a friendly 28 year old PhD student at Cardiff. I’m into music, film, going out and football – all the usual stuff.

The rent is £350 per month which includes water rates.
