Room is fully furnished. House has good modern kitchen. Two bathrooms within property. Garage on rear of property.

Currently two 5th year dental students and one PhD student living at property looking for fourth housemate.

Friendly, fun atmosphere but can be quiet in run up to exams!

Bills are not included but generally between the four of us come to around £30 a month for gas, water, electricity and internet.
