Great 3 double bedroom Victorian house

Good quality friendly, quiet house with high speed wifi internet. Comprising large kitchen with gas hob, gas oven, washing machine, a large fridge and separate chest freezer. To the rear of the kitchen is a pleasant garden, 1 spacious bathroom with shower, wc and basin and upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. I have 1 room available, which is a d double that overlooks the garden. It comprises of a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and a desk with a leather swivel, office chair.
Unfortunately, there is no communal lounge, as I run a business from home, and use the lounge as my office, but we do have chats in the kitchen and garden.
The house is located just 20 or 25 mins walk to City Centre and less than 1 minutes walk to 2 bus stops where buses go into town every 15 mins or so
The room which is available is from 9th June 2019 and is £360 pcm inclusive of gas, electricity, water rates, fast speed wifi and council tax if applicable, or £500 pcm for a couple. You would be sharing with myself, a 52 year old professional, who loves art, guitar, wildlife, and who sometimes sings, and Lilla, who is a 25 year old friendly, happy lady, in between University courses and who works full time.. Although I smoke, I detest the smell of it, so I do all I can to keep the house smelling fresh and sweet. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms.

The house is kept clean and tidy, so I would ideally want clean and tidy house-mates
