Hi, My name is Emma and I am a live in landlord and I am looking to let a large bedroom with a shared bathroom on a long or short term let.

On the top Floor there are two bedrooms which share a bathroom with bath and integrated shower, large sink & toilet.

On the Middle floor is the master bedroom and a TV room.

On the ground floor is the main living room/diner, kitchen and down stairs WC. All rooms are fully furnished and all kitchen equipment is supplied as well as a large Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. There is garage if you want to store anything outside. Bills are generally low because the house is new and very well insulated and expected to be around £115 perm month, per tenant including council tax, unlimited broadband, Sky, Cleaner, water, gas & electricity.

The home is based in Pentwyn, North Cardiff and has excellent travel links, there are busses every 10 minutes into Cardiff which take roughly 30 mins to the city centre and you have immediate access to both the M4, A48 and Cardiff Gate, by car. There are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance including; Waitrose, Aldi & Farmfoods. I have lived in this home for 6 years and love it because it is so close to the centre of Cardiff (4 miles) but you are also close to the magnificent Welsh countryside.

I am a recruitment consultant, I work a standard Monday to Friday working week, albeit quite long hours. Weekday evenings I try and get out on the bike for a bit of exercise but am generally quite quiet and am often out and about on the weekends. I enjoy cycling, I am also partial to a good afternoon tea and a large glass of red.

I am part of Lisvane Baptist Church; I'm not necessarily looking to live with other Christians but would like to share my home with people who can respect my way of living.

I am looking for a friendly, and reasonably clean, like minded professional women to share our home with. Any tenancy less than 6 months incurs an addition £100 charge on first month rent.
