Room to rent in Cathays, close to Cardiff Uni.

We have one double room to rent on Coburn Street, Cathays, the house is within short walking distance from both Cardiff University and Cardiff city centre. It is a spacious 7 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and a living room.

The rent is £290 a month which does not include bills, this is the price of September to June where as half rent is required in July and 3/4 in August. And the deposit is also £290.

We are 6 female Cardiff University students and we are looking for another student to come and live with us doesn't matter whether they're male or female. We are all going into our second year studying a range of different courses but doesn't matter what year or what you are studying.

We are all friendly and very welcoming and will make you feel part of our group. We enjoy going out and socialising but if you don't enjoy that doesn't matter we will still make you feel at home. As long as you don't judge us for the amount of chocolate we eat I'm sure we will get along fine.
