We have two fantastic rooms in a location near all amenities, Victoria Park, supermarkets and a few minutes walk from Chapter Arts Centre. This is a shared room in a friendly family home.

The property comprises of double glazed windows, gas central heating, broadband, all bills included (water, gas, electricity, TV licence, Council Tax). Shared living room, bathroom with shower overhead, large kitchen and back garden.

Single room very small so if you're tall, best you enquire for the larger room!

Single room - available from end of August
Double room - available immediately

Ideal lodger will be a non-smoker and this property has one cat so unfortunately, we can't consider those with allergies to the animal.
