There are four bedrooms, three of which are double size rooms and one smaller size room (all rooms are for single occupancy only).
We are private landlords, with just this one house that we rent. We are happy to offer rooms to post grad/mature students. The house is within walking distance of the city centre, universities and the Atrium Centre. It is close to good bus and train routes. We have made every effort to make the house as comfortable, pleasant and safe as possible for our tenants. It is well maintained throughout, with gas central heating and mains supplied smoke alarms in every room. There is a shared sitting room/dining room and bathroom. The bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave oven. There is a safe, enclosed rear garden (a sun trap when the sun shines`). It is a non-smoking house. The rent includes gas, electricity, wireless broadband and TV, so no additional cost for students.
