I am easy going, considerate, friendly and laid back who loves to bake and cook! There are no house rules as such or cleaning rota. I am happy to maintain common areas myself.
I am looking for someone who will clean after themselves and be tidy and respectful.

Very large and spacious attic bedroom which has recently been renovated with new carpet Post office, shops and bank less than 100 yards away and a 15 minute walk to city centre and Queen Street train station.
Close proximity to A48 as well.
Parking also available at an additional cost.
