Hi, I have a double room available to rent in a quiet shared house close to Roath Park and Albany Road. It is a comfortable upstairs room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
The house is sociable and friendly but mostly quiet. There is a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a garden.
All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax and water rates) also includes high speed WiFi internet. There is full central heating, bath/shower, washing machine etc.
Would suit a professional or post-graduate student.
