Lge single room, in house facing Roath park

Furnished room, in a quiet house.( for single person use only).Single bed, computer desk, large wardrobe, chair, bookcase, chests of drawers.
Share with four others, all male, in large three storey house,
Bathroom,(mira shower, bath and hand basin). Small kitchen with kettle, toasters, microwave, electric cooker(2 ovens), dishes etc all in.
Washing machine and tumble dryer for tenant use. or the option of using the clothes line in back garden.
The shared areas are cleaned weekly by landlord, but are kept clean by the tenants too.
Short term OK, suit professional male, or final year PHD student wanting somewhere to study.
Bus stops 2 mins away, either direction. Street parking usually no problem as the house is alongside Roath Park and both sides of the road are used. Not able to offer off road parking.
Work to install new kitchen, and some decorating going on at the moment, not affecting tenants use of house,( only start work late in morning, finish early eve so as not to disturb tenants.
Bills included , gas, electric, council tax, water rates.
