Double Room available in Roath

Male and 2 females living in the 4 bed house at the moment, all young professionals. We are looking for an extra housemate to move in on the 13th of July (could possibly move in slightly before). Based on a 6 month contract with a chance of extending it.

The double bedroom is light, quiet and fully furnished.

The house is on Keppoch Street, Roath and within walking distance to Roath Park, Cathays train station and the city centre.
