The use of a car would be essential . Buses are every hour and stop at 9pm. There is a train station 10 mins drive away with trains every 15 mins to Cardiff, Merthyr, Pontypridd, Treforest.

The tenant would share the houseowner's kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, however he or she would have a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle in own room. Bed linen is provided.

Longer or shorter stays would be charged on an individual basis, to be discussed with the house owner.

Mature, professional person possibly on business in the area for a few weeks or a student wishing for somewhere to stay several nights per week to attend lectures.

Mon-Fri let - £100 pw for 5 nights however a deal can be made for nightly rates.

The house is situated within distance of several shops, pubs and leisure facilities.
