Friendly houseshare in Adamsdown

Hi!

We are in need of a new housemate for our houseshare in Adamsdown, Cardiff. Currently we have 4 in the house, but I'm moving back home to Sussex and starting a new job in April time so we will have a spare room come May. Lizzie has some plans to move herself in the near future but won't be for at least a few months yet. Rich and Charity intend to continue living here for the foreseeable future. We're all professionals and would need a professional (non-student) housemate to move in to have equal share in paying the council tax. Lizzie and I went to uni together so are similarly artistic people. She works full time as a teaching assistant, loves listening to music, watching films and art. Rich is currently working part time in a cafe, loves music and going for walks. Charity works in Muffin Break, is currently finishing off her dissertation, loves baking and enjoys board games too. We often hang out playing games/watching movies etc together at home or out and about. We are looking for a similar, friendly person who isn't a party animal so wont be up late regularly and making noise! and who likes to clean up after themselves! We hope to make new friends as well as gain a new housemate. We don't mind if you smoke, so long as you respect the house and only smoke outside. The room available is spacious and well-furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves, with a bright window (I don’t have a pic of it up yet but will be adding one shortly!). The house is on the old side with some wear and tear from over the years but still comfortable and sturdy. It's well-furnished with all necessary amenities including washing machine and dryer, spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and nice little garden that's great in the summer (see pics), very close to local shops and about 15min walk to town. The rent is £260 a month, very reasonable; Council Tax and internet are £44 each per month and utility bills can average between £20-£40 each per month, being higher in the winter.
