Double Room - Professional Houseshare -Theobald Road, Canton, Cardiff. Come and join two friendly, busy and sociable flatmates.

Your Room: The Double Room (shown)is £400. This includes all utilities council tax + water rates etc. But not Broadband/phone (this will be split between three).

The Area: A quiet street between Cowbridge road and Lansdown Rd.
The Lansdowne pub is on one corner of the street (a fine old pub serving food and real ales) and many good eateries and shops are at the other end of the street at Cowbridge Road. The Chapter Arts centre is a 5 minute walk, town centre is a 20 minute walk, However there are many buses in Cowbridge Rd. if you don't fancy the walk.

Communal Space: There's a shared bathroom with shower on the first floor.
The ground floor is open plan with a large modern fitted kitchen; spacious dining area and cosy living area with two really comfy sofa's.
There is also a pleasant rear patio space with a chiminea :-)

We have a Westie dog who has become the fourth member of the household - he is a lovely little character but if you have any allergies or don't like dogs this place may not suit you :-(
