1 Double room available in Cathays/Roath area

1 medium sized, downstairs double room available from 1st of July. minimum 1 year contract £250pm bills not included. House currently occupied by four friends, three professional males 27/28 years of age with the room in question currently occupied by a female NHS student moving out on July 1st. Shared Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and a small garden. We enjoy hanging out, socialising, the odd night out and are all very musical. Although the house is technically 'no smoking' we enjoy the odd cigarette in the kitchen/dining room. We are fairly laid back, fun loving but like to try and keep the house relatively clean and would expect any prospective tenants to do their fair share. Any students must be prepared to pay council tax.
