Im looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom house in Roath, it's about a 10 min walk to Central Cardiff and close to all amenities on city road, excellent for eating out.

The house is fully furnished with Virgin and wifi included in the rent, there's a lovely little garden that is the perfect suntrap and brilliant for entertaining friends

I enjoy a glass of wine, cooking, going out with friends, i work full time and ideally i would like to share with someone of the same age, a working professional with the same interests.

im really into music, all things creative and food. im pretty relaxed but i do keep my home tidy, that would be essential to any potential houseshare.
