I have a great attic room with balcony and en suite to let. It is spacious, a great place to work and has views out over the rooftops and to the park.

There is a balcony with double doors to give you some outside space and it looks out over Thompsons Park. There's a velux as well, so is really light and airy.

It's decorated in a very minimal way, white walls, blue floor with modern oak furniture and a designer table and chairs.

The room is big enough to spend a lot of time in - you won't feel hemmed in like you would in a bedroom - it's more of a studio space.

You are welcome to make yourself at home in the house. The shared space downstairs is a single living, dining kitchen. It's modern but homey and has hardwood floors. There's a warm and cosy wood burner, sofa, large HD TV, books & games.

There's a large shared bathroom. Central heating, broadband, usual stuff. All very nice and comfortable really.

You ideally will like animals – there are three cats and a mini daschund.

The house is just off Thompson’s Park, a stone’s throw from Chapter. Street is quiet, always possible to park. And it’s round the corner from the 61 bus route which is 10 mins into the centre! You have the use of a bicycle while you live here (deposit required).

Room available right away. Looking for someone probably in their twenties or older, research or masters student possibly on exchange. Someone with good humour and intelligence also welcome!
