Top floor Cardiff bay flat with stunning floors

Hi,

I am looking to let out a top floor double room in my apartment in Cardiff bay, directly opposite morrisons.

The apartment has beautiful views across the bay over to the st David's hotel. It also has a long balcony and all rooms have direct balcony access, brilliant for the summer!

Included in the cost is electricity, water, sky tv, fibre optic broadband, washing machine and also use of the two gyms and swimming pool in the development.

I am a restaurant manager so work quite long hours, so am therefore not in the flat much.

I enjoy travelling, eating out, cooking, music & socialising.

Looking for someone easy going but also respectful of the neighbours. I am very tidy and would like someone similar. The price also includes a fortnightly cleaner who will also clean your room should you wish (included).
