Beautiful house in central location at a very cheap price. All three rooms available to view and move into immediately. The rooms are MASSIVE.

The communal areas of the house are slightly damaged due to the fact that the last tenants were CRAZY but the rooms are in top nick.

In terms of location, you're a ten minute walk from Queen Street, five minutes from City Road and literally surrounded by takeaways, shops and pretty much anything else you need. There's also a 24hr garage nearby.

I'm a student and the only current occupant. When I'm not studying I work in a bar so I'm not around too much. However, when I am around, I enjoy a drink and a smoke - be nice if you did too. In fact, to live with me, you pretty much have to.

I also have a habit of throwing parties on weekends so ideally looking for someone who'd be willing to join in.

The agency are brilliant; anytime you want something done they do their best to fix it. They're based on city road. I had a leaking radiator pipe and they sent a plumber round the same day - honestly, they're great.

Ideal housemates will be hard-working but fun. Ideal for students or young professionals seeking to live cheaply in a decent area (it's very quiet, you never get trouble).
