We are three female students who are looking for a friendly and outgoing housemate to fill our spare room. We go to Cardiff Uni and two of us have lived together this year, so we know we don't clash. We have a range of interests, from sport and going out, to reading and Disney.
The house is absolutely gorgeous with a garden and large living room area. The rooms are all doubles and there are two bathrooms. The rent is £340 pcm.
We don't mind what gender you are but we would like to live with another student who doesn't smoke. Also if you don't do your share of the cleaning or decide that the dishes will clean themselves, you will find passive aggressive notes around the house ;)
