The house is located in a quiet and leafy cul-de-sac within 2 minutes walk of Waterloo Gardens, Roath park and the shops on Albany Road and 20-30 minutes walk from the Cardiff city center.

This spacious semi-detached 5 bed house benefits from gas central heating, the front & rear gardens and free parking. The house is over three floors and has a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker & ovens, a microwave, a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freeze.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy, non-smoker. You will share with a young professional couple (both working in academia) and a well behaved dalmatian puppy.
