A nicely refurbished room with an ensuite with views of the gardens and river and comes with an allocated parking space. Bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk.
The apartment is on the second and third floors. On the first level there is a kitchen with a large fridge and a dishwasher. You have use of a good size dining room with a sofa and TV. Upstairs is your bedroom with access to a laundry room off the landing containing a washer dryer and space to dry clothes.
Please note carefully: This is a very clean, tidy and quiet household so the person will need to fit in. I'm looking for someone who will also look after the property while I'm away.
