Room in friendly student house!

There's three of us (two boys and me) looking for another female to join our house as someone dropped out last minute and I don't want to be outnumbered! Easy going fun bunch, like to have a laugh and a drink on the weekend but very respectful of others in the week! The two boys study animation and I study nursing. Lovely house with two bathrooms and a bath (yay!!) nice big garden! Can't get pics at the moment as we're not moving in till august but can arrange a viewing!
