I am looking to rent one of my spare rooms, it's a large double room which is newly decorated and comes furnished with a new kingsize bed and new mattress, bedside table and 3 door wardrobe, there is also new carpets.

The room is located at the back of my 3 bed house and has beautiful views over the large back garden and views of the Garth mountian. It is a very peaceful place to live in Cardiff.

The house is located 1 mile from coryton roundabout linking to the m4 and a470, only 5 mins walk to nearest train station and there is a bus stop 100 yards away.

There is parking available on the front drive and I have a very large garden with a lawn and decking area perfect for BBQs.

Looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy and likes the occasional glass of wine!

Bond required amount dependent on length of tenancy.
