Pontcanna Double Room

I am looking for someone to replace me in my current house share. My housemates are lovely, however, I'm moving home to save for a house.

I live with three boys, who are all lovely. All young professionals in our mid twenties, very laid back, but live in a clean, tidy house. The house is on Kings Road in Pontcanna, a really nice area to live in. Plenty of local shops and pubs.

We're looking for another sociable, laid back young professional to replace me.

I can move out sooner if needed.

Room comes furnished, however, not all furniture shown in the advert is included (will include bed, chest of draws, bedside table and wardrobe).

House has two bathrooms.

We pay bills equally shared between us. I'd say the bills are probably £70 - 100 extra a month each (including council tax).

There is no deposit for this house.
