acting as the agent for the current flat mate - Marta. Great location - 10 minute walk from the bay leisure centre and ASDAs and also 10 minute walk from Cardiff Bay. The city centre is also only a 15 minute walk away. The flat contains two bedrooms, bathroom and a combined living room/kitchen. Kitchen contains a washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. The bathroom also has a power shower. I'm looking for a female professional aged 23 - 32. Marta is a 27 year old professional female and work 9 - 5 as a lab technician.
