Flatmate wanted for a modern and centrally located 2 bedroom flat available at £310 PCM excluding bills. The property is situated on Albany Road in Roath, 20minutes walk from the city centre and surrounded by a large selection of shops, pubs and amenities. The property is a second floor flat and benefits from excellent sound proofing, keeping the majority of Albany Road’s noise at bay. It is a very attractive flat with laminate flooring throughout and good sized rooms. The bedroom available is fully furnished with double bed, a large wardrobe, desk and chair. The flat has an open plan kitchen/lounge with a large corner sofa, coffee table, washer/dryer, and a fitted kitchen with good cooking appliances and ample cupboard space. I am looking for someone I can trust, who will help me keep the flat clean and tidy and ultimately someone I get along with.

About me: I am a 30 year old male smoker in full time employment. I am an avid gamer and film collector and enjoy the odd spot of golf on the weekends. I have an impressive entertainment system which at the weekends often gets cranked to some dubstep/drum and bass and I still enjoy a good drink or two. I am looking for someone with a good sense of humour who can either accept these interests without killing me or (even better) possibly shares some of them.
