Hello, the house is a semi detached house near North Road. It is 3 minutes away from the local shops and charity shops and 10 minutes away from Tesco Extra. The bus stop is 3 /4mins away and a number of buses available for city cetre and also out of Cardiff on North Road. We are just about 5minutes away from the Bute Park and Pontcanna fields and 15 minutes walking distance to town and very near Heath Hospital and Cardiff university.

The rent is £350 inclusive of bills. It is a lovely bedroom have a choice of small or double and also have choice of single or double bed. This is a lovely house comprising of 3 bedrooms, lounge, Living room, kitchen and loft for more storage, Utility room, storage outdoors a lovely garden. Parking space available always. We have very lovely neighbours, a great location to be as near everything.

The room is a double room and very tidy. Furniture is included. There is a dressing table and lovely chest of drawers and bed. There is so much space to store things.

It is not a party house. A quiet and peaceful house and area.
