This is a modern single room, en-suite in a 6-person apartment located in a predominantly post-graduate student block. Available from early June (negotiable) to September. The block is a 20 minute walk to the Cardiff city centre, 10 minutes to various university buildings as well as the beautiful Bute Park, and there are various bus stops within a few minutes walk. Current tenant is leaving Cardiff and is looking for someone to fill either the remaining three months of his contract, or any shorter period.

The room comes with a single mattress, large working desk, bedside table, shelves, telephone, toilet and shower, and a shared living and kitchen area. Flatmates are friendly and welcoming.
