I am looking for one housemate to share a lovely Victorian terrace house on the edge of Cathays.

The house has three bedrooms, an office, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen/dining room, as well as a nice little garden.

This bright double bedrooms will be available from the 01/07/2014.

Located on the edge of Cathays, very close to the Heath Hospital, 5 minutes walking from local shops ( tesco, sainsbury's, co-op), as well as bars and restaurants. Close to the motorway, and with excellent bus link to the city centre or Cardiff gate.

The rent would be £405 per month.

This includes gas, water, council tax, internet/tv and electricity bills.

Minimum terms of contract is 1 year with a month rent and a month deposit in advance.

No DSS please. Pets welcome ( there is two super cute kittens living in).
