I'm desperate to find a house for next year, and I have seen some really nice ones, but the people I had talked to about moving in together aren't getting back to me!
The houses I have sen are all 4 bed, with shower over bath, some have 2 bathrooms, some have a spare room. All are near very good transport links to the city centre and the bay. All allow pets. All have gas stove, fully furnished, washer/dryer, all have gardens. All are in the top end of Cathays or the Heath, in really nice areas.
I'm really easy going, looking for work in the third sector, love to get out the house at weekends, and will be travelling a lot this year with one of my part time jobs.
I want to live with people who keep the kitchen and bathrooms tidy!
