Opposite Cardiff castle, we have 2 rooms available in a awesome city center flat.

Both rooms are large doubles, lots of light and fully furnished. One is street facing and one is rear facing.

The flat is slightly unusual as its a converted office but homely and very spacious.

Kitchen, 2 toilets, bath and separate shower room, laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 spare rooms (one currently used as a guest room with its own bed and the other is for storage) and a small rear facing balcony

You would be shareing with 27 year old female who works in marketing and 32 year old male who works in broadcasting. We're friendly, enjoy a bit of a chat and communal TV. but equally do our own thing.

We are looking for responsible, considerate and easy going professional types to share with.
