Lovely double room in modernised Pontcanna house

We are looking for a professional or mature student to be a lodger for a lovely large double room in our family home. As well as lodgers we have 2 children and a beautiful lurcher dog.

There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed, bedside table and tv with fairly new mattress and carpet. Wifi is included in the £410 monthly rent as are all bills apart from landline phone. We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans all the communal areas.

The house is great and we're friendly folks. It's large with a new huge kitchen/diner space with all mod cons and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a park next door, lovely shops, cafes and restaurants opposite and town is just a 15 minute walk or very short bus ride.

The house is non-smoking.

Viewing highly recommended after 6 most evenings and all day at weekends.
