There is one very large double room suitable for a couple and one other double room. Both fully furnished with wifi available. Shared lounge, kitchen with all appliances including dryer, large bathroom with shower over bath, patio rear garden, on street parking, 2 mins from Cathays station, lidl and 5 mins from Maindy pool. Short term let until October 1st. Rent payable in advance. House is relaxed, comfortable and price includes cleaner of all communal spaces. Existing housemate is a talented musician but is quiet and polite.
